Automatic Payment of Utility Bills

Your water and sewer bill can be paid through automatic monthly deductions from your bank account (water and sewer accounts only). While you will continue receiving a utility bill each month, the amount on the bill will be automatically deducted from your bank account on the due date, which is the 15th of the month. If the 15th falls on a weekend holiday, your payment will be made the next business day. Please complete the Direct Debit Authorization Agreement (PDF) and return the form to the Town Office. For more information, see automatic payment of utility bills.

Online

The Town of Woodstock has partnered with Paystar for electronic payments (e.g., credit card, debit card, or e-check). Visit the Utility Payment Portal or the Taxes Payment Portal and enter your account number to get started. Please note that a nominal fee applies.

By Phone

You may pay by phone through Official Payments Corporation by calling 800-2PAYTAX (800-272-9829). Use jurisdiction code 9001. Please note that a nominal convenience fee applies.

Online Banking Through Your Financial Institution

While we accept payments made through your financial institution's online payment service, please note that a paper check is mailed to the Town of Woodstock, and it could take five to fifteen business days to receive your payment. To ensure proper posting, please provide the proper account number on your check. Please note that because of the time delay, we do not recommend this payment method if your service is due to be cut off.
