1. What do I do if I have a complaint?

If your complaint is related to utility billing, tall grass, or zoning, please contact the Municipal Office at 540-459-3621. If your complaint is related to streets, water and sewer, parks, or general grounds maintenance, please contact Public Works at 540-459-3045. If your complaint is related to criminal activity, please contact the Police Department at 540-459-2141.

2. Does the Town accept anonymous complaints?

Yes. However no contact information is ever given out should you choose to give us your information while filing a complaint. If we have your information it is much easier to keep you updated on the progress of the complaint.
