The tax rate for real estate is 0.16 per $100.00 of assessed value and personal property is 0.90 per $100.00 of assessed value.

What type of payments do you accept?
Payments may be made by cash, personal checks, cashiers check, or money orders. Credit and debit cards can be accepted through Official Payments on our website's homepage. They accept credit and debit cards online or by the Official Payments telephone line.

When are my taxes due?
The Town of Woodstock bills twice per year and the due dates are June 5th and December 5th of the current year.

When must I have my Town vehicle decal displayed on my vehicle?
Vehicle decals are no longer required to be displayed on your vehicle. While the town does not require a decal, it does add the fee for the decal (referred to as a "vehicle license fee") onto the first half of your personal property tax bill.

How much are vehicle license fees?
$25 for cars, trucks, trailers, vans, and motor homes.
$18 for motorcycles.
These vehicle license fees will be added to the first half of your personal property taxes.
